I'm just curious I've had my 595u since Feb of this year. A few times I've noticed the red light come on and stay on. I then swap a USB port and it goes back to green.

I have not had the problem for a while but earlier this week the red light reappeared. I unplugged it and tried another USB slot. The power stayed in the red there also. I then re plugged it back into the other slot I had it in and the light went back to green. It is like it didn't want to charge or something.

It was constantly dropping connection making gaming really hard. Now its back to green and I've been using it all day.

I was just curious why that red light comes on and stays on until I unplug it. Is something wrong with the modem?

I'm using the little mini adapter that comes with it to plug it into. That way it sits closer to my amp.
