|
|
Hi all! I did a search and could not find the answer to my problem. So sorry if it's already been covered. I just received my CTR350 router today and I'm having some problems.
I am able to connect to my router without fail. When I click on my browser, I get to the routers login page. I enter my password (the last 6 characters of the MAC Address) and when I click log in, the password I type erases and nothing happens. If I hit enter after putting in the password, I get directed to a different login page. When I enter my password in there and I click log in, nothing happens. If I press enter the page just refreshes. Whats going on? Also on the bottom left corner I get the "done with errors" message.
I am using an IBM Thinkpad with Windows XP Service Pack 2.
The browsers I use are IE Explorer 7 and FireFox 3.
I have a Sprint 595U Aircard connected to the router.
Please someone help! |

Ok more strange things. When I connect to my router using my ethernet cord, I can surf the internet. It doesnt even go to the routers login page.
Edit: I can still go to the routers login page. But when I do I still cant log in so I can make changes. |

Give our tech support team a call Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm CST (866-3GSTORE x3 OR email support at 3Gstore.com) and they can help you, if you are in front of your router/setup when you call, they can remote control into your computer to see what is going on. _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

O.K. I found out what the problem was. It was my firewall blocking access the the router. After disabling it, I was able to access beyond the login page and have now successfully configured it. Now I am up and running. |
