I ordered one Tuesday, with a Verizon card & contract. Just got it today. Any chance for a grace period on the special?

Just to clarify, the CTR350/PHS300/CTR500 all use a 5v 2.5 amp power supply; so is this car charger titled 12v because the car uses a 12v battery?
