Has anyone else experienced this problem? It started when I upgraded to the UM150, and my computer kept freezing at random points while I worked online. When I changed to a USB727, it did the same thing, though less frequently. Now I'm back on my original Curitel PCMIA card, which didn't have this problem before, but now does. When I remove the card and work offline, this never happens. It also doesn't happen if I don't do anything (e.g. sleep 8 hours and leave the computer on and connected).

Verizon had me download VZAccess Managers specific to each product, but that didn't do anything. They also had me fiddle with Device Manager and the USB settings there. We found one USB controller with an "X" through it, and they un-"x"ed it. Mild improvement, but definitely still doing this.

Thanks.
