Is there a way to find out how much data I've downloaded?

Hi. I have a Pantech PX-500 and I would like to know if there is a way to find out how much data I've downloaded in total over the last 30 days? Is there any option in the PX-500's menu or on some site that tells me? I noticed it only tells me how data is downloaded in between connections.

this windows app is what you are looking for:

it will give you an accurate running total. You can also check sprint.com, but it's not always up to date.
