For EVDO you want vertical polarization. Rotate that antenna 90 degrees from as pictured and you have it.

Be sure that you rotate BOTH the antenna reflector and the feed. They are in the right relationship as shown and you want to be sure to rotate them together. The antenna will perform very poorly if you end up with the feed at right angles to the grid.

what kind of speeds do you get with that antenna... did it improve your speeds from before you had it?....im thinking of getting a grid antenna to try to improve my speeds and pings!!!!
