Yesterday my USAGE Button stopped working. When I go to HELP - ABOUT VZACESS MANAGER it shows Device Not Available (see below). I'm using the card right now but it doesn't see it (I suspect that is why I can't get the USAGE to work).
Any suggestions?

I get that all of the time - there must be some kind of bug in the software. After removing the card and reinstalling it a couple of times and sometimes restarting VZAccess Manager it will report the card.
I have been online and have the software tell me that no card was installed!
I've told numerous Verizon support people about this when we're troubleshooting problems. Most of them tell me that I'M doing something wrong! javascript:emoticon(' ') |

Thanks for the reply. I can see it just fine UNTIL I connect. I connect fine but then it drops all the information and consequently - USAGE doesn't work. Like everything with Verizon - one day (out of no where) it will start working correctly.  |
