Ok got my linksys router today. Already had a merlin s720 card. The router set itself up fine, but I have questions....

1. I don't see where you can use reserved IPs so a local host list would work.

2. I have a netgear router with a printserver in it and I can't seem to get it to work. It insists the print server is 192.168.0.1 as is the router and
the linksys is normally 192.168.1.1

3. The printserver doesn't seem to get the address that the router gets by dhcp from the linsys router.

4. Am i going to have to buy an ethernet printserver? Or is there a way I can make the netgear work? (it's a FWG114p)

You'll need to reset the print server to DHCP, let the router assign it a IP address, then reset it back to fixed, using the address the router gave it.

Thanks,

I actually got it working. I should have used the LAN port and not the WAN port. I assigned the printserver router an address on the other router's network and adjusted the print driver's ip to match and now
it prints fine. Thanks for the help.
