Wyalusing, Wi is a very small town. Slow, limited access at best. I purchased a Novatel U727 EVDO Rev A USB Modem from 3g to use with Sprint about two months ago. I was pleased that I was able to access internet. A few weeks later, I purchased.CradlePoint MBR1000 EVDO/HSDPA Router and Booster Antenna - Indoor, Portable, in hopes to increase signal. These items worked but with incredibly slow access. So, in an effor t to increase speeds I purchased a Direct Connect Amplifier (3 Watt) and a Omni External Antenna. The items increased speed a little more. I was ok with all of the 'stuff'. Then Sprint announced limited access. After much thought, I canceled the Sprint account (Turns out this was a very easy process!) Now, I have all of the items mentioned - all paid for. (Oh, BTW, I would entertain queries regarding prchasing items)
My question is this...Since I do have the modem can I activate it and use it on a month to month basis? |
