We went camping this week and had great success with our EVDO setup. This is especially good since this campground is known for very poor cell coverage. My setup: AirCard 595U USB (Sprint) EVDO Direct Connect Amplifier (3G Store) Wilson Trucker Antenna CTR-350 (3G Store) Optima Battery (Costco) Mac Book Had very good speed (500 - 700kbps) and no problems with disconnection. Made for a very nice weekend.
