My future father in law showed me his Sprint Sierra 580 card tonight in Georgetown, TX (just north of Austin, TX) I didn't think they had coverage there, but he was getting d/l speeds of about 80k/sec.

Maybe you meant to say 800k cause 80k is good ole 1XRTT.

No he probably menas 80k
Im in Pflugerville not too far south and Im gettin 50-125k
Never gotten over that And i live 1 mile from the highway which is the concentration of EVDO coverage
I dont understand it
If i get a boster and it doesnt up my d/l speeds then Im sending the card back. I got a 60 day trial so i will end up losing on the antenna
