mbr-1000 problem

I have the MBR-1000 connected to a small office sever which is using Sprint with a Sierra 595U. We are a small office in the country without any other high speed access. Since we started using the MBR-1000 I keep having trouble connecting to the server vs. the aircard. At times, it is fast, and at times it is slow or I even have to reboot to get a connection to the server. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to correct this?

I am still having the problem. Between Sprint's service (sometimes fast, sometimes real slow) and the unavailability of getting to my files quickly on the server at times, it is making me pull my hair out.
HELP!!
