after looking into "diversity receive"
it looks like in a mobile application of the kpc 650 that it would be a good idea to use both antenna ports with two amps and two seperate external antennas.
or would it work good to just use amp on the receive/transmit antenna and just an antenna on the receive only.
how much receive gain do the cellular amps have....?
thoughts......? _________________ www.LaWirelessWeb.com |

Give it time for any comments to be posted. Most people like myself aren't skilled yet on the ways of EVDO. Young Jedi. LOL. _________________ EVDO Addict. |

Okay I will throw in my two cents here. I would use the amp on the receiving side cuz your downlink would benefit more than the uplink. IMO. The gain factor in dbs varies with an area so I have no answer here. _________________ EVDO Addict. |
