This seems to be working pretty well for my brief testing. When I close the program and reopen it, it remembers the totals. I suggest going to your online provider account and find out when your new billing cycle starts and enter that day in the box and use the ppp option to monitor. I suggest just open up this prog before you dial out and then you should be okay. Set it for whatever limit you want. It's freeware.
