Does Tekkeon (or anyone) offer a USB->PHS300 tip adapter?

I don't see any Cradlepoint approved devices on the Tekkeon website, but I know they fully support it because I just purchased a 3450/3450-10 combo with the Cradlepoint discount.

I'm just wondering if they offer an adapter for the mini-usb cable that comes with the 3450 that will work with a PHS300. I'd like to be able to power my PHS300 router and my laptop at the same time.

I have been on the lookout for a USB charger for the PHS300, also...would love to be able to use my Socket Power Pack that I used with my old KR1...

FWIW, I made 4 of them (USB2CTR-350/PSH300). Its pretty easy to do.

I had some old chargers with the right tips, snipped off the tips, then cut up some old USB cables, and mated the red and black wires (noting the correct polarity).

...or politely ask JoeC to keep two of the cables for himself and send the other two to both of us...

I think you can buy the tips at RadioShack, they are like an "N5" if I remember right.

FWIW, went to the Pomona Computer Fair today and picked up a couple of "USB-to-universal tip" cables (for only $4!) that include 6 or 7 of what are essentially the RadioShack-style two-prong reversible tips that mate to a connector that has a USB flat connector on the other end.

I was worried that the typical USB power port wouldn't have enough amps to run my (Sprint-branded) PHS300, since the power-supply is a 2.5A unit, but I've had it running thru this connector for about 3hrs now and the battery light on the PHS hasn't come on yet.
