When I upload any information beyond a basic email (even checking for Windows Update) my computer completely locks up. Not even a ctl alt del will work.

I have Vista Business on a Lenovo R61e with 3 meg of memory. I use wireless in hotels, wireless in my house, and hard line in my office; all with no problem. Yet when I switch to my Sprint U727 and try to upload - disaster strikes.

Sprint support has been zero help.

Are you using Sprint Mobile Broadband or the Sprint Smartview software?

I have used both. Currently the new SmartView. The same problem on both.

Not sure if it's related, but I recently got a U727 myself. What I noticed is that after time, the OSCM3.exe program task just consumes more and more memory, eventually bogging my machine down. When I shut the Connection Manager S/W down, the problem goes away, but I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this with the U727 S/W? I'm running the latest version on XP SP2.
