I have verizon + Linux, but I'm getting pretty pathetic performance out of my card. It's reasonably stable with a few hangups per day, but I usually get only about 8 kbs download rates and the connections aren't very stable. It's fine for web browsing and email, but almost impossible to get a download through.

From the same location with vista and the verizon software, I usually get about 60 kps and much better stability on downloads. So, I know that there is room for improvement.

I have a fairly recent kernel:

So, I haven't been able to apply the MPPC patch.

Just curious how others are doing. And, if you have any hints for me.
