I can access the internet through my new MBR1000 router but it will not access everything that I can when connected directly to my computer.
Is there something I can change w/o messing up IP numbers? I am not to tech wise and just had to have an IT guy come out and get our IP addresses set back up on our server and computers and printers.
I am using a new MBR1000 purchased from 3G Store, with a Sprint Sierra Wireless 595U card going into a server running Server 2003.
Thanks for any help. |

Did you call 3Gstore? To reiterate their note when you're on the forum post page:
Also, if you purchased your equipment from 3Gstore.com and you are having problems, for a faster response (our techs do not reply to every thread on EVDOforums), you might want to open a support ticket by sending an email to support@3Gstore.com (please include your full name and 3Gstore Invoice number).
Their phone support is great -- no dumb script, just thoughtful help. |

Thanks, I tried sending an email but it will not go out with the way my router is doing. I am at work and can't get tied up with support at this time and can't reboot with people working. Is support available by phone on Saturday? If so, I will call in while everyone else is not working.
thanks for the help. |

Hope this helps someone else.
I unplugged the router (for the 20th time) but this time I unplugged the cables going to the hub and server and the aircard. Waited a full minute with nothing hooked to the router. Then I plugged the power in, then the cables and then the aircard. Went back to a computer on the server and rebooted and everything works as it should.
thanks everyone that looked at my post and tried to help. |
