| I would like to get a NAS and hook it up to a 2nd MBR in my office. Currently, my internet is being provided by an MBR1000 about 200ft away in an outdoor enclosure. If I have 2 mbr's in WDS mode, can I access the internet from the mbr in the enclosure and access the nas from the 2nd mbr in the house via wireless. |

Just talked to Cradlepoint tech support. And they say it should work I'll be ordering one through the 3g store. |

| I'm not sure about the MBRs, but I have a PHS and CTR that work together in WDS. The only things are they have to be on the same channel (no auto or random), and they have to have different IP addresses. Then just put the MAC address of "the other" router in the WDS list on each. |

| I'm a little late getting back on this. The WDS works great with the exception of having to repair my connecting via windows one in a while. Not sure if that is indicative of some wrong settings. Earlier, I was able to hook one MBR up with EVDO and hook up the other one with my satellite internet in WDS mode. I was able to use the EVDO on one router and my wife was able to use the Satellite on the other, and being able to network with each other too. And it worked for a while.....at least until you shut your computer off and then turned it back on. It seemed to revert back to all EVDO after that. Maybe there is a way to make it work consistently with WDS, but it is way beyond what I am able to comprehend. |

I have been having problems with wds on my 2 MBR's. Not quite sure what the problem is. But I get really slow download speeds at times. And sometimes when i click on a web page, it leads me to the cradlepoint login page. Sometime I have to open up a new browser just to get the page to open. Sometimes that doesn't even work.
Router 1
USB720
192.168.0.1
Chanel 1
Router 2
192.168.0.2
dchp Disabled
Channel 1
Does anyone have wds working flawlessly between 2 mbr's???? If so, I'd like to know what you did for the set-up. Thx |
