| Ok, I just got my Compass 597 today, and I'm showing WAY less reception than I thought I would be getting, about 20% on average with a noise level between -110 and -90. I got one of the little booster antennas, but it seems to make very little difference. I'm getting pretty dismal download/upload rates so far. Would a 32" Omni antenna help? |

| I just thought of a rather odd idea, is there any way I could use the massive 15+ foot TV antenna that's no longer in use outside of our house? Or would that allow too much noise? :/ |

Use the mast or support for a PCS antenna, forget the TV antenna itself.

In other words...it would need to be a 1900mhz frequency antenna for Sprint. |

its much easier to give recommendations if you do a little more legwork.
