I got Sprint USB 597 and can not get it to connect on my desktop computer at home. I run windows xp and have anupdated service pack and a legal version fo the os. The 597 connects on my laptop at work, so the issue is with my network/internet settings on the desktop. Not the 597. I get a 720 error and Sprint Tech Service wasn't able to assist. The desktop connects top the internet normally via a router and a hughes modem. Any ideas?
