ive been using my razr with alltels tethering service for a few weeks now to play WoW. my lat is around 600 -800 and on occasion i get my ping as low as 200-300. im just curious why my lat is so unstable and if there is a way i can improve performance and possibly keep it stable around 300-400?

my signal strength stays around 90% but my download speed is so random everyday i dunno what the deal is. ive seen it as high as 1200 down to as low as 100 down, my upload speed seems to mirror this also.

here are my stats from netspeed.stanford.edu/ i really appreciate any help i can get.
