How do i open the ports?

On the mbr1000 .

Ive been getting connection faled during game .And everyone ive talked to says i need to open the ports on the router.

So can someone give me a walkthrough?

Click on the Advanced Tab, then select the Gaming section on the left side of the screen.

There is a list of games on first drop down. If you game is not listed you can add a rule manually. To do that do the following.

Check the Enabled check box.
Type in the name of the game in the Name: field
Select you computer from the second drop down listed as Computer name

Then depending on if the ports that need to be opened are TCP and/or UDP put the numbers in the appropriate section. If you need to add multiple ports you can either select a list of ports by separating with a "-" or individual ports separated by a "," with out the quotes of course. For example:

2302-2400, 6073, 6083

Wow im lost at click on advanced tab?

Sorry im a complete Noob .

By the way ive tryed opening the admin threw my browser but it wont open it.

I enter this to open it 192.168.0.1 nothing happens

Its xboxe live by the way not pc games.

I figured the admins would reply thats why i ordered from 3gstore for i would be able to get help.

Sorry... I guess Tab is not technically correct. Anyway across the top of the admin page you should see Basic, Advanced, Tools, etc...

The Admins of 3gstore have been very good in responding.. Just saw your question so I thought I would respond. You may want to send them an e-mail.

Not sure why you can't seem to get to the Admin page. As long as you are connected to the router via wireless or wired, you should just be able to type in 192.168.0.1 and then the password.

I had it disconnecte dlike an idiot.

It dotn matter though it didnt help with xboxlive im still getting disconnected.=[

Shoot... Not sure what to try next. You may want to send an e-mail or call 3Gstore if you purchased it from them. My guess is that others with Xboxes have contacted them.
