I am trying Ubuntu and Sprint and it works great. I am completely satisfied, but in kppp, it say there is a limit of 64KB, either that or that is as high as it goes. I can get from 100KB to 170KB in windows and it always is above 100KB down, in Linux it is 61KB down and never rises. Not bad, I am updating stuff and it is good, fast browsing just the data "seems" capped. I am googled this problem and looked around, nothing. Anybody else have this issue and solved it? Thanks.

I haven't used a linux distro 'hard' since redhad 8. Here and there with CD/DVD boots but nothing perm.

The only thing I can think is to try making it NDIS. As that would recognize it as an ethernet type connection. Possibly the cap is because it sees it as a dialup modem?

Your using the linux version of sprint's program? Even if your not look through you options. In Windows and Mac there is a tic box that says something like "Enable Network Adapter (NDIS)"

Sorry I'm so incredibly lazy I can't even take a proper screen for you.. You can Almost see the option underneath the red line. First tic box above "mode".

Look through your options sorry I can't be more clear.

I am using KPPP, so no tick box like that. There is a sprint software for linux? Ok, I need to search that.

EDIT: On the site, if you go here:

http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=2266983&iq_action=5&answer_id=16777216&highlight_info=6294773,29,55&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.sprint.com%2Fdoc%2Fsp10782.xml%3Fid16%3Dlinux#__highlight

it shows to go and download the pdf, did that, and setup KPPP. So I guess I did it right.
