Computer Freezes when using my UM150

I bought a UTStarcom UM150 USB modem with Alltel it lets me get on the internet wherever there is a Alltel tower.


Well I'll being using it and at random times it will just lock up, and freeze the whole computer then I have to force it to shutdown and reboot. I dont know if something is causing it to conflict, or what but it will just freeze at random times.

I have this problem too, I will be doing anything and the computer will lock up.
