I just bought an EX720 for $100 on eBay and activated it online. I was able to connect within seconds using the EX720 on the new laptop while the S720, which I was using online to complete the process, was in the old one. The process was seemless. Way to go, sprint!

When you log into your Sprint account, you will find a small link to the right of your data card on the Account Welcome page that says "Upgrade or Activate Phone. The only thing you do is click the link, enter your username and password again, then the Hex ESN of the new card.

In the end though, you'll want to call TS anyway to get your 6 digit MSL code.

I decided to use the Novatel SCM v3.10.014 because it seems more Vista 64 friendly and permits me to designate a local HA.

Post a screen shot please.

I just logged in to my account and I believe this may depend on which billing system you are in. If you have a fairly recent account you will be what Sprint calls "Ensembled". If your older account hasn't gone through that conversion process (old billing to new), I don't believe you will see that option.

I have 2 accounts with Sprint, one that has been converted (ensembled) and one that hasn't. I just logged in and sure enough on the converted one, I see the option, it looks like this:
