Verizon WDTS Closed in Houston - Tech Support Affected

For those calling Verizon Wireless Data Tech Support (WDTS @ 866-788-9387), they are located in Houston and the office is currently closed because of Hurricane Rita. Another office is now handling ALL technical support issues, and they are swamped.

We had a client who recently purchased a new EVDO card and Verizon screwed up on the initial setup and the fix normally takes a few hours and they are quoting something like 3 days before they can fix it. This is crazy AND this is for a new customer Sad

Anyways, if you are a current customer (e.g. you bought the card from us) AND you are having problems contacting Verizon and/or getting your card to work, contact us and we may be able to help. We may be able to help you manually activate the card. Also, we have extra activate Verizon accounts and if you provide your ESN number (back of card, 11 digits long), we can activate YOUR card on OUR account and get you up and running quickly, until Verizon catches up.
