Hey guys, Im pretty new to Sprint Wireless, and I really want to get it, im lagging around with Hughesnet (horrible), and Im looking to get Sprint.
The problem is, Im half a mile (maybe less?) out of they're coverage area near me (For the 700-1.5 mbps speed range, which is RevA right?), Im just wondering, what equipment should I buy and what USB Modem should I buy to possibly get it?
There is a forest between me and the tower I believe, and I live on a pretty high elevation, although I cannot see the tower from my house, which may be an issue.
ANY help would be appreciated, thanks |

I don't see no problem in getting it with the right ant. and card. If you could just do the trial with the Sprint card and see what you get without an ant. |

I live several miles away from where sprint's map ends and I can get EVDO with no antenna at all. However, the signal strength is high 80's to low 90's. With the Booster Antenna I bought at 3g brought it down to mid 70's. I have not used other atenna's just the cheap booster antenna but I'm very impressed with it and 3g's store.
I also have a U727 btw
Not seeing the tower shouldn't be an issue. |

| Wow that's incredible. So if I were to buy the Novatel U720 Omni External Antenna w/cables and Mount I'd get a very good signal I'm guessing? Ill go for the U727, I'm wondering if this router is as good as the say for the price though. The CradlePoint MBR1000 EVDO/HSDPA Router |
