U727 + Linux + OpenWRT But No WVDIAL

Hey guys,


I have installed a U727 USB Wireless card in my OpenWRT router. Now, I got the unit to detect the U727 USB Card. However, there is no wvdial program from this device. Is there anything else I can use besides wvdial to create a connection to sprints network ?

Try pppd with the appropriate scripts, such as described in this document: http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Gutsy#Using_USB_EVDO_Internet_modem
