Hi,
I am new to EVDO. Since my verizon phone plan will expire in a few days. I have been looking into getting a new cell phone (XV6600) as to replaced my current one.
I asked Verizon store, and I was told that to get my laptop PCMCIA Wireless broadband, it is currently $59.99/month, but $49.99 for the PDA. However, it would be $79.99/month if I want to use my XV6600 as a model for my laptop.
So, I am kind of confuse..! Does that mean they have to provide me with some kind of software to unlock my laptop?
Thanks
Eddy |

No VZW will not unlock your laptop. If you use the vx6600 as a modem to your laptop I think that is what the $79.99 quote is for. Assuming from your post here. Currently EVDO aircards are a better way to go and $59.99 a month "all you can eat" data is yummy. _________________ EVDO Addict. |
