Has anyone using SCM v1.10.00.23.0 been able to change the HA to one closer to their home? The last I saw on this was Michigan Tim's unsuccessful attempts at www.evdoforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=45058&highlight=#45058.

Nope; it always messed up for me; I had to reset my card entirely before it would work again (this is also a reason why I went back to the older connection manager)...the newer HA gave me less speed and higher latency...why would I want it?

Didn't work for me either. I changed the Home Agent thread and recommended using the 3.x CM.
