I have a um150 in a cradlepoint 1000 rounter,some times it disconnects and takes 5 or 10 mins. to reconnect.Do i need to set mobile off in the alltel quick moble? Confused

It's worth trying (won't hurt anything) -- seems to work for some folks but not all.

I have the MBR1000 and mine did the same thing! I did the update and all is good now! Hope this helps.
