3Gstore Affected By Local Area Internet Outage

We apologize to all customers trying to access our websites or call us earlier today.

An unexpected internet outage due to a fiber being cut in Chicago caused some trouble for all of us at 3GStore.com this morning. Apparently this was an upstream regional issue that affected others in the Chicago area, including AT&T. About 10am CST, our internet provider went down, rendering us completely helpless for 4 hours.

All websites - 3GStore.com, evdoinfo.com and evdoforums.com were down - as well as our phone system. Customers calling in earlier today would have heard a message that says "Operator can not connect call", or just received a busy signal. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused our customers, we are taking steps to ensure that such an outage does not affect us as severely in the future.

Also...

We are extended our "same day" shipping from 3pm CST until 5:30pm CST for today only. Keep in mind that if you are getting a Verizon or Sprint card with service, those can take 2 hours to process, so the cut off for those will be around 3:30pm CST.
