If you are a CTR-350 or PHS300 user and are using the 2.0.x firmware you may want to pay close attention to the following post...

On 3/6/08 @ 4:12 PM, CradlePoint Engineers notified us that the CTR-350 and PHS300 users using the 2.0.x firmware have the potential of bricking their units if they are not careful in the selection type of the Wireless security/Encryption that they use.

Using 2.0.1 and 2.0.0 firmware, If you MANUALLY set the wireless encryption to WPA2 ONLY and then also specify the encryption as TKIP (Only TKIP) it will more than likely brick the unit.
Setting the WPA Mode to "WPA2 only" and the Cipher Type to "TKIP" can put the unit into an unrecoverable state. There is no way to set this up using the wizards, it must be done manually and specifically to the settings just mentioned.

Work Around:

Set the WPA Mode to "WPA2 only" and the Cipher Type to "TKIP and AES"

UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!

CradlePoint has addressed the above defects in the latest releases of firmware for the CTR-350 and the PHS300...

If you have reached this page, and are running a version that is earlier than 2.1.0 we advise that you upgrade your firmware and for best results, set your router back to factory defaults after a successful upgrade.

If you have any questions, please contact 3G store Tech Support and have your invoice number available when calling.
