UPDATE: Firmware Version 2.1 provides full support of Verizon USB727
=========================================
If you are having any issues with the Verizon USB727 and PHS300 combination, this is because CradlePoint doesn't officially support the Verizon USB727. However; if you purchased your equipment from 3Gstore , then contact them for a work around that enables USB727 compatibility on the PHS300.

I am using the USB727 with my new MBR-1000. No problems, but I did notice that it wasn't on the supported devices list, even though the Sprint U727 is on the list.

Got this reply when I questioned this:

There have been reports from customers who've been able to get some phones to work on our router that aren't on the supported device list. Even so, we wouldn't be able to support these devices if they aren't on our list.

They are talking specifically I believe about the PHS300, not the MBR 1000 and also with the Verizon U727, no the Sprint card.

I think they just inked a deal with Sprint for the PHS300, so be patient while they wait for the check to clear the bank Wink

Probably a modem setup string is all it takes to get things working well.

Not really sure how this would apply since the OP was referring to the Verizon USB727 and PHS300 combo to begin with and the Sprint version of the USB727 is already supported by Cradlepoint. Confused

This is a general alert for the PHS300 and Verizon USB727 NOT Sprint U727.

I am going to lock the thread now.
