| I am a novice at this. I just received my new Cradlepoint PHS 300. I am trying to use my Sprint Serviced, Sanyo M1 to connect as my data device. I have an unlimited data plan with Sprint. When I try to finalize my connection I get Error Code 67, Registration Error, Unable to Connect, check power vision username and password (which I have). Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I apologize if this has been covered or is in the incorrect topic, as again, I am a novice. |

First of all, make sure the internet plan you have is a PAM (Phone as modem) plan. There is a difference between Sprint's Internet Plan and their PAM plan, mainly the PAM plan includes their Internet Plan and allows tethering.
If you do have a PAM account, chances are the Vision/Internet profile needs to be updated. Search the menus for a setting named 'Update vision profile' or 'Update Internet profile' or something along those lines and select it. It should take a few minutes, but afterwards you should be all set.
If all else fails, Sprint should be able to walk you through fixing the issue. |
