I have the UM150 modem on Verizon's network. Just got my CTR 350 and worked a little while setting it up. How do I get the modem to dial into the Verizon network while attached to the router? I am trying to set this up on my desktop so it can be seen by the two laptops in my house. According to the Quick Start Guide, if the modem is properly programmed it will make the connection itself. Am I missing something here? Mine made no connection. My laptop saw the CRT but it could not connect to the internet through it. I'll probably call 3GStore but I wanted to make an attempt here as well. Forgive me for getting all the lingo wrong, I am an extreme newbie at this stuff.
Thanks for any help I can get.

is it safe to assume you've operated your UM150 attached to a computer before using it with the router?

your UM150 allowed your computer to connect to internet?

if thats true, then reset the router to defaults, and start over.

if that doesn't do it... plan on calling 3gstore in the morning, for tech support.

What firmware version are you running?

If you are running 1.7.1 (default installed version), it will not recognize the UM150, until you upgrade to 1.7.2 or 1.7.3 or 2.0. All those versions are included on the CD that you received with your order.

I figured that out a few minutes before this post. Thanks though for the help to both responders. I am up and running wonderfully now.
