CTR-350 Reconnect Mode

I spoke with Victor this morning concerning this issue and he is researching it for me, but thought I would poll the Forum members to see if anyone has any ideas.

I just put my new CTR-350 in service this weekend with my Verizon UM-150. Under the Basic / WAN configuration I set Reconnect Mode to "On Demand" and Idle Time to 10 minutes and it worked perfectly. After ten minutes of being idle the connection to the cellular network would drop, all the IP addresses on the Status page would change to 0.0.0.0, etc. After a few hours of use this feature stopped working, however. Now, no matter how long the connection is idle, it won't auto disconnect. I tried several fixes including a hard reset (using the button on the router) and upgrading the firmware from 1.7.3 to 2.0.0, but have not been able to get this feature to work again.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and, if so, has been able to fix it.
