There have been several cases where our Support Department has seen multiple cases of users upgrading their firmware to the latest release of 2.0 firmware for the Cradlepoint CTR-350.

At this time 3Gstore advises customers to hold off on upgrading to this new version of firmware (2.0) until we have had the opportunity to discuss this with the engineers at Cradlepoint.

Due to Monday being a Holiday (Presidents Day) it is going to be difficult to get any possible resolutions to this issue at this time.

3Gstore Support department has been working diligently on a possible work around that will allow users to regain access to their routers untill CradlePoint addresses this issue with the 2.0 firmware.

If you purchased your router from 3Gstore and are experiencing the issues as described above, please call our support department to further assist you.

The 2.0 firmware has been updated by CradlePoint to 2.0.1 and can be found at the following link.

http://www.cradlepoint.com/techsupport/ctr350support.php

We recommend simply updating with the 2.0.1 firmware and skipping the use of the 2.0 firmware for the CTR-350 specifically.

Through a lot of testing and help from customers who have been having problems, our tech department has isolated the problem and it was an incompatibility with other 3rd party software.

If you are experiencing problems, please contact us for assistance.
