Canadian EVDO CARD?

I am looking for a highspeed wireless card, I looked around and I only saw Telus with Sierra wireless 597e.
Is this the only available solution for canada?
Also, does it have dynamic IP?

Hey, i am so new at this its pathetic, But i bought a Novatel U720 because i think its versatile with the 3' usb cable you can put the card on the dash of your vehicle and have your pc on your lap.I am sure its compatible with most evdo routers also.I am messing around now at home making my network with a D-link Dir-450 and the Novatel U720. I was pretty well on my own doing this as the Canadian D-link tech support is useless, they talk in circles ad wont let you talk..anyway they told me its defective...yeah right...flashed firmware into it that accepts the card and bingo..but i am still in a mess...but i have 3 pcs wireless with the card as i type this.
