I have a verizon usb727 with a cradlepoint 350 with booster antenna. I have -49 signal with antenna in window and connected to the 727 in laptop, average down speed on dslreports.com is about 400kbps. Then I connect my usb to the cradlepoint and connect wifi and get about 5-600 kbps avg. With that good of a signal shouldnt I get better speeds? I've tried it during the day and night, night is a little faster but not a whole lot. Thanks

yes, you probably should get better speeds.
could be some sort of a tower issue.
go for a drive? maybe 5miles in any direction.
that should get you to a different tower.
see if speeds change dramatically.

I've had Sprint EVDO for about 5 months now. I've had 2 different cards and have used it with the CTR350 and without it. I've switched HA's and have tweaked my computer using TCP Optimizer and CableNut. Nothing has worked at all. I still average about 400 down.

I don't want to discourage you though. Certainly worth trying a different tower (I cannot) and some tweaking. There have been alot of other successes.
