On verizon it's a standard setting.

You're phone number @vzw3g.com

password is always vzw.

Example:

user: 1234567890@vzw3g.com
pass: vzw

Verizon uses MobileIP by default; this will allow you to remain connected using the same IP across multiple cell sectors (towers). It uses AAA to authenticate automatically. If you use SimpleIP, it requires CHAP authentication during PPP which is a username and password. If you move from one cell sector to another, your connection is torn down and a new one must be initiated. Normally this takes place fairly quickly but the transaction is slower than MobileIP. Additionally, the EVDO device carries all of the information it needs to conduct a MobileIP call and does not require any user input.
