I purchased a CTR350 from 3G and it worked great except for not allowing me to VPN to my company intranet. Since I work from home and purchased the router just for that reason, I contacted 3G support with details of what I had tried, asking for guidance. I was more than surprised when I got a phone call from Victor to work on the problem with me. He and Cradlepoint worked together to put some beta firmware on my router and I can now connect via VPN through the router.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service this company provides. I wish more companies took half this much interest in taking care of their customers.

Thanks again Victor, for taking the time and intitiative to work through my issue.

Isn't it sad that 3GStore is considered such an anomaly and that we're so freaking blown away by a company who actually proves every day that they DO care about their customers even AFTER they've gotten their money? Wow. What a country . . . . any other businesses out there . . . . are you listening?

I can tell you that every person that works here takes pride in every sale before (sales), during (shipping & processing) and after (tech support). We strive every day to impress our customers with what we can do for them.

Besides our top notch people that work here, we love working with CradlePoint (and they love working with us too). We "get them" and they "get us", we work really well together and we strive for the same thing.

I am glad that things turned out the way they did and thanks for being a 3Gstore.com customer.
