3G Store -You Rock! (again)

To start at the beginning, I bought a cradelpoint router and booster antenna through 3G store a few weeks back. When I first set it all up, I was nervous about my abilities to actually do it correctly. I called in to tech support at 3G store and spent a good while talking with Dario, just to double check everything and ask some more questions. As I said in another post, the help and support was awesome.

Just today I had another occasion to call in for help. I thought I had somehow messed up my settings, clicking around on things I really don't know enough about to be messing with, and was unable to get the set up back up and running again. Torrey spent a LONG time on the phone with me getting it all back up and working again. At this point it's not for certain if I actually made that mess or if it was a firmware issue, but no matter, Torrey got me through it.

I was so absolutely frustrated with my ownself and my slower than mud computer, (along with the fact that I stink at working the touchpad on my daughter's laptop) I don't know how you were so patient with me, but I gotta say, YOU ROCK! Thanks again for everything, and believe me, I'll be sending all the other poor dial up hostages in my area to you guys!

Well when you call 3Gstore.com's tech support, we treat your tech issue as if it was our own issue. We won't give up until all options have been exhausted, because I wouldn't want to be with internet access, so I don't want any of our customers to have to be without either. I think somebody once said "Do unto others, as you would want them to do unto you". And at 3Gstore.com...thats exactly what we do.
