Just a quick update.

3Gstore.com has signed up to be a national Alltel dealer. We will offer top rate advice, service and support like we have for other carriers.

Look for the official rollout in the next few weeks Smile

Any updates? I just had a couple of folks ask me about Alltel service and I would love to recommend them to you guys instead of going to a local store with them.

the verizon purchase of alltel made folks we were dealing with, scramble for a while.

they are now able to get back to us, and we expect to be selling/supporting alltel... hopefully by end of month (?)

its really just a matter of ensuring them that we know what we're doing, and understanding their order/delivery processes.

Oooo. Too bad it didn't happen sooner. I just signed up for an Alltel account, and I would have happily done it through 3G.

FYI, since Alltel won't be completely eaten by Verizon until the end of the year, I'm using it as a safe harbor for my evil rural websurfing needs. If/when Verizon changes Alltel's EVDO terms, I'll have to jump again, but for now it gives me some breathing room.

In fact, if you can push it through, you might be able to convince quite a few rural refugees to jump over for awhile....

Yes! Alltel provides coverage to rural areas (like where I live) and I have been getting speeds through Alltel that beat my parents hughes net business system hands down.

I am a new user to the evdo world, but in the half a day I have searched on this forum and 3gstore site I have learned more than I could ever imagined. Very Happy

Yes. But I wonder how the Altell/Verison merger will effect this.
