I am a happy camper and am so impressed with the EVDO tech help- specifically from Dario and Victor! I bought a Cradlepoint CTR from the 3GStore.com (good price!) to use with my USB Sprint aircard and wanted to hook it up to my Vista PC using ethernet cable to WiFi my house. They tried to talk me through it- hit a snag, then they were able to log onto my PC and do it! It took an hour and they were so very, very patient. Now everyone in the household is happy, too, and that makes me even happier! One kid can be on the PC for school, the other can be doing her Webkinz, and I can use my PDA to get on-line. Wow. May have to get another computer. Thanks, guys!

BTW, we just added remote support to our tech support department and it saves SO MUCH time. One of our techs can instantly remote into your computer to help resolve/help with issues. We wrote about this in the blog at:

For Dario to just quit his job took guts. I'm glad he got on with you folks. Thanks for hiring him )and Victor) and giving your support techs the "space" they need to do their work!
