I have a question that I have not been able to get answered. I am thinking about getting a wireless broadband card from Sprint. I have been told to get a USB port card because there is currently a migration from Type II cards to Express slot. I have been told that a USB slot card should be just as fast and work in any computer with a USB port.
My main question is can I use this on two laptop computers without hooking it up to an EVDO router or is there a way to plug it into one computer and use software to send it to the other? Both computers have built in wireless internet cards.
Thanks |

I'm running a Verizon USB to my desktop and run a ethernet cable from my desktop to my laptop. I can run them both at the same time. I normally only run the laptop when I have to do updates. |

| Windows can do this for you with wired or wireless, but the router path is so much more flexible. |

Thanks for the tips guys. I appreciate it. I might see if I can get by using ethernet for a while, but I probably will get a router if the prices come down. you would think some software company would come up with a good user friendly program for this.
thanks again. |

I trield Window's instructions many times but cannot seem to get things going - basically I want to setup either running via ethernet cable or wifi card. |
