I have been trying and trying to figure this out for a long time now, and can't get it! I have searched and can find nothing similar to this issue, but my buddy has done this before, and can't remember how he did it.
I have a Dell Vostro 1500 Laptop with embedded Sprint EVDO, and it works amazing. I am trying to setup an Ad Hoc Wireless connection so other laptops and devices can connect and use my Sprint connection.
I have Windows Vista on my Dell, and have enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the sprint connection, turned off the firewall, setup the adhoc network. All the other laptops connect perfectly fine to the Dell, and I can even ping all of the devices from the Dell laptop. But none of them can access the internet!
Please help me figure this out! Thanks |
