|
|
Sorry if this belongs somewhere else. Anyone else having issues logging on to Sprint's website or registering? I haven't been able to register or log on if my registration went through for over two months now. I wanna know what is the deal over there. I called customer care a good month ago and the person said they've been having website problems , but gosh how long does it take to fix them?!! This has been truly aggravating as I want to be able to pay my bill online with my account but have not been able to do so. Even my pin # that I set up with a customer care guy doesn't even work.
Anyone else having the same? |

| I didn't have any problems for ten months paying my bill online, untill they recently "updated" their security on their website...I couldn't log in, it was a nightmare...Their "customer service" is abysmal, so good luck |

for the last few months my account information has been unavailable when i go to pay my bill. i call customer service to pay my bill and the people always say you can pay online. i am like no i can't your website doesn't work. then they say you can pay on your sprint phone by pressing * something. but i can't because i don't have a sprint phone, lol. it is a never ending cycle but the bill gets paid.
either way it takes months to update their site that sucks. |

And they have removed the Account Info from the Sprint Menu in the cellphone so you cannot see your usage or pay your bill using PCS Vision either. CS just says they are fixing it, but have no estimate of when. _________________ Vista64 & EX720 |

I got sent this thing a while ago and just was able to get it activated. It allows you to pay in cash at local retailers (who will charge you a fee of course,'bout $5) who connected to sprint cellular in some way. The payment is then credited in to your account immediately. Its definitely convenient if your running late paying your bill and sending in a check would be too slow or you still can't pay on line like a lot of people apparently still can't do. |

What you do is (yeah this makes no sense but do it)
on the sprint.com page do not enter your login crap
hit register, then put your account number or phone # in , you need to go through the few pages of steps to register as the "account holder" to be able to see/pay/manage your bill online....
I have had all kinds of problems with sprint, and this one is a small drop in the bucket so to speak...
It was easily solved with what I wrote above.
hell I recently told them (when they called me to ask if I would rate how they solved all my problems) that they should sodomize themselves with retractable batons (thanks TPB for that quote) |

I've been logging in all week. Works fine for me??
I assume we're all going to the same site (address). I've had no problems ever logging in here and viewing my account or paying
