KR1 lockups

I have browsed through the forums and didnt see anything exactly like this, so ...

I have a new KR1 (firmware RK1011). I have wireless LAN totally disabled. I have a Verizon U720 dongle and I am only using this box for a router/firewall.

I also have moved all of my network off of the internal switch (to try to isolate this issue). I left one very low use box hanging off the KR1 (my tivo) just so I can do a little problem isolation.

About once every 48 hours, the router dies. I cannot contact the router and I cannot ping through it to the tivo box. The time of day seems to vary and it does not seem to happen at heavy traffic times. I have a handful of cacti graphs that monitor the tivo box, so I can easily pinpoint exactly when it craps. The only way I have been able to bring it back is a hard reset.

Any ideas here on what the issue could be? Or how to pinpoint it further?
